It arrived quickly most of the time. There was one occasion where it was a few minutes late, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, I had a good experience.

Overall, it’s been reliable, really reliable for the most part. I did have one order show up late last week, which was a little annoying, but that’s been the only issue so far.

I always find the courier quick, and the service is nice too. Not much to complain about, it’s been good every time.

I ordered dinner through Wolt and was happy with it. The food arrived fresh and still warm, which always makes a big difference. I had the pasta and it tasted really good, and the salad was actually crisp instead of soggy like salads can sometimes get with delivery. The portions were decent too, so I felt like it was worth it. I like that Wolt shows the delivery fee and service fee before I actually pay, instead of springing it on me at the very end. Some restaurants seem maybe a little pricier than they are in-store, but at least I can usually see the total clearly before ordering. i mostly use Wolt because the delivery fees are usually fair. Sometimes the total even ends up being cheaper than I expected, and I like that everything is clear before I pay. It just makes ordering quick food feel way less stressful, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I use Wolt often, and most of the time payments with my card or Apple Pay go through without a problem. But a few times the app told me the payment failed, and then the money still got blocked in my bank account for a while. Sure, it came back later, but that’s not the point, it’s really annoying and feels like Wolt should have this sorted by now. Support did reply, but not exactly quickly, which made the whole thing even more irritating. Overall it’s okay, but they seriously need to fix their payment reliability.

The promos are usually really helpful, though sometimes they still don’t quite bring the price down enough.
